What types of buildings do you work in?
Commercial and institutional buildings, including offices, retail, industrial facilities, multi-residential properties, retirement residences, long-term care and healthcare facilities, and construction projects.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Vaughan and serve all of Ontario. Most of our work is in the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, York Region, Peel, Durham and Halton.
Do you publish prices?
No. Commercial door work depends on the equipment, condition and site. After an assessment you receive a written proposal with pricing and scope.
What warranty do you provide?
Warranty terms depend on the equipment and work, and are confirmed in writing with each proposal.
Which form should I use?
Use Request a Service Call for a door that needs repair, Get an Installation Quote for new doors, upgrades and replacements, and the maintenance inquiry for scheduled inspection programs. Or simply call 647-274-6544.
Do you work for general contractors on new construction?
Yes. Send drawings and door or hardware schedules with an installation quote request and we will price to the specification.
Can you service doors we did not install?
Yes. We service and repair common commercial automatic door and hardware brands regardless of who installed them, subject to parts availability.
Do you offer emergency service?
For a door that cannot secure the building or poses a safety risk, call 647-274-6544. Availability is confirmed directly at the time of your call.
